I wouldn't say it lost its crown in the first place. Halo is still played and sells more than COD.
Killzone although a fps is a very different game to Halo. Killzone is a game that is a bout emersion, great graphics and set peices. Halo is all about finding different ways to complete levels and teaming up with friends to try out different things.

O.D.S.T. = open world. Killzone2 =Linear.
O.D.S.T graphics won't be as good as Killzone2's but with an open world, night time sneaking around avoiding patrols gameplay it might be more fun to play.
Good on bungie for doing something different with the series.
The co op on this will no doubt be great and i wouldn't be surprised if poorer graphics aside this turns out to be a stunning game.

The fps's at the time on ps2 nad xbox were garbage compared to Halo C.E.
Yes times have moved on. COD has a godd multiplayer, Rainbow6 a cover system, Killzone2 great death animations but no fps's have had such a complete package as the Halo games.

Halo brought co op to fps on consoles. Decent a.i, multi ways of achieving goals. Together with a great muti player and vechiles it was a big step for console fps.
Many had some of those things before it but none had done it as well or as complete.
To this day Halo is still a great game.

I doubt it will happen and if it does it won't be bioware doing it , it will be a shoddy port. If you want to play it buy a 360, simple.

Voice acting is the worst i think ive heard. I mean wtf. I game this polished and they get some retarded script writer and actors to do it.
I don't have a problem with swearing, hell i love it but when its used in an attempt to sound cool it just comes across as silly and childish. I just can't belive it.

Looks great but the voice acting is awful. Couldn't they afford decent actors or something. Fu(k this and fu(k that all the way through it. It sounds like a school kid trying to be cool and failing miserably.
There are better ads for this that people have made on the net. Very dissapointed if this really is it.

Killzone2 is obviously good but as far as ads go i actually think this is pretty average. It hasn't that impact factor. I really hope this isnt the ad.

Well i was half right then. Sales wise i was right. Live figures its second instead of first with only ten thousand in it. And its been out over a year compared to COD5, why that upsets you so i don't know. So i stand correct in thats its still incredibly popular.
Personnaly i still think the first Halo is the best of the three but have high hope for O.D.S.T.
